We believe that Ice cream & summer are perfect excuses to connect with people who live near you!
So we are encouraging everyone to host an Ice Cream Party this summer!
If you aren’t sure that this is for you, I have a simple quiz to help you.
- Do you have any ice cream-eaters living within walking distance of your house?
If you said “yes” then we think you are a great candidate for this challenge!
We created a fun door-hanger invitation, and all you have to do is fill in the time and place.
We have STACKS door-hangers that you can pick up at the Next Steps Center or the Neighborhood Resources table in the lobby.
How you do the party is up to you! You can be creative or just keep it simple.
-You could buy popsicles or ice cream bars, or you could scoop ice cream cones.
-You could do a build your own Sundae bar or have a homemade ice cream contest!
So will you host a party for your neighbors? I’ve heard it said that “You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy ice cream and that is pretty much the same thing.” Will you deliver a little happiness to your neighbors this summer?
